⓵ The D Kit is designed to run with two bearings sized 8 × 5 × 2.5 mm (ID × OD × Width).

⓶ Reuse the original bearings/sleeves from your factory knob and assemble per the diagram.

◑ Some Daiwa reels (e.g., Saltist) ship with plastic sleeves instead of bearings (sometimes one sleeve + one 8 × 5 × 2.5 bearing). You can still install the knob using the sleeves and D Kit.

◑ Prefer a smoother upgrade? Purchase two 8 × 5 × 2.5 mm bearings or choose the 45 mm Knob - 2 Bearings Model.
