If the checkout system applies an $8.50 handling fee, that handling fee will not be refunded as part of the Votex clearance refund. If the checkout system waives the handling fee based on the checkout order amount, PBM Fishing will honor that checkout result and will not later charge the handling fee back after the Votex clearance refund.
