The Ultimate Jigging 45 mm Power Knob Type II is CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum and Type II anodized with a two-tone finish. A subtle cup indentation boosts grip and control. Designed in the USA and made in Taiwan, it’s stylish, durable, and light at 43 g (≈1.5 oz). When installed correctly, the fit is virtually play-free (~0.01 mm).

⓵ The D Kit is designed to run with two bearings sized 8 × 5 × 2.5 mm (ID × OD × Width).

⓶ Reuse the original bearings/sleeves from your factory knob and assemble per the diagram.

◑ Some Daiwa reels ship with plastic sleeves instead of bearings (sometimes one sleeve + one 8 × 5 × 2.5 bearing). You can still install the knob using the sleeves and D Kit.

◑ Prefer a smoother upgrade? Purchase two 8 × 5 × 2.5 mm bearings or choose the “45 mm Knob Type II — 2-Bearing Model.”
