This package mounts directly on the original handle shaft of many Shimano and Daiwa spinning and conventional reels—ideal for rocky-shore float fishing, bass fishing, EGI, surf casting, and boat jigging.

Select the cup that matches your reel family and bearing sizes:

◉ NS Cup — fits newer mid-size Shimano models such as Stella ’08–’13 5000–10000 SW, Saragosa SW 5000–10000, TwinPower; also Trinidad A-Series 8–30, Talica 8–12.

 ➥ Typical original knob bearing ODs: 9 mm / 9 mm.

◉ S Cup — fits earlier Shimano models such as Stella, TwinPower, Saragosa 4000–10000F, and select Shimano conventional reels.

 ➥ Typical original knob bearing ODs: 8 mm / 7 mm.

◉ D Cup — fits many mid-size Daiwa spinning and conventional reels.

 ➥ Typical original knob bearing ODs: 7 mm / 7 mm.

⧳ Tip: Compatibility can vary by production year. If you’re unsure, remove the factory knob and measure the two internal parts (bearings or sleeves) by outer diameter (OD), or send us a quick photo.

⭕ Installation Tips

◉ Follow the included diagram. Ensure all parts are clean, aligned, and spin smoothly after assembly.

◉ Shimano Stella (’04) SW4000, 5000 HG/PG → S Cup.

◉ Shimano Stella 6000, 8000 FA (U.S.) → S Cup.

◉ Shimano TwinPower 4000, 5000 HG/PG → S Cup.

◉ Some Stella 3000 / 4000 FD → S Cup.

◉ Saragosa 5000SW–10000SW → S Cup.

◉ Stella (’08+) SW4000 XG/PG, SW5000–20000 → NS Cup.

◉ TwinPower (’09+) SW4000 XG/PG, 5000–12000 HG → NS Cup.

◉ D Cup commonly fits Daiwa reels labeled “S” (1500–4000) in the Japan catalog (note: “S” is a knob-size label; shaft length/bearing sizes still determine whether you need 30 mm or 40 mm). If your Daiwa reel is labeled “L,” consider a 45 mm or 45 mm Type II knob.
