The Ultimate Jigging T-Bar T092 is a lightweight, aluminum power handle built for butterfly jigging and other high-leverage techniques. It’s produced by the same manufacturer behind premium aluminum jigging components.

⭕ Installation Tips

⓵ Daiwa (D shaft): Install the T092 using your original shaft + bearings/sleeves—no modification needed. The T092 is precision-machined; no extra internal washers are required. If you feel slight play after assembly, reuse an original shim to fine-tune.

⓶ Shimano (NS shaft): Reuse the two internal parts (bearings or sleeves) from your factory knob and install them in the NS stainless shaft housing in the same order they were removed. Applies to Saragosa SW 2013+, TwinPower SW 2011+, Stella SW 2008+, and Talica 10/12/16/20/25.

⓷ Talica (latest): Many newer Talicas ship without bearings. You’ll need one 9 × 5 × 3 and one 9 × 4 × 4 bearing to install the T092.

⓸ Torsa 16N/16/20/30: Reuse one 9 × 5 × 3 from your factory knob and replace the other side with a new 9 × 4 × 4 bearing. Our Torsa kit (spacer + 9 mm bearing) makes this a direct fit. (See “T-Bar T092ST: Torsa & Talica Model.”)

⓹ Saragosa 18000F: Use the S shaft housing plus one 8 mm bearing and an S-spacer at the arm side. (If you need the spacer, we’ll include it free—just let us know.)
